Ian,
I'd love to work on this. I was about to build something for my
application framework to do this, but would much rather contribute to a
standard if possible. I'm about *this* close to having to write some stuff
for a client for Linkpoint - so I could work on that and help on the base
where need be. (might as well get paid to write OS eh?)
