Maybe it's a good idea to fit this mailinglists to package categories on
PEAR (eg. one for database, one for HTML,...). This will help to unify APIs
and stuff inside those categories, too.
IMHO that's not neccessary for all categories, but most of them.
Maybe it's although a good idea to autosubscribe members of the specific
categories.
