Great. The only thing you should need to add it is creating a
modifyLimitQuery() in the extension and add 'limit' => 'alter' to its
$this->features array.
Finally I haven't added a fetchRowByLimit method, simply launch the
query with $db->limitQuery($query, $from, $number_of_rows_to_fetch) and
use fetchrow or fetchInto for retrieve the data from the result object.
