problem with "pear package" command

When I run the "pear package" command on my system to build HTML_BBCodeParser, it hangs for a long time after analyzing the last file. After a while it stops, and produces an empty tgz file of 7mb. I also tried to build DB_DataObject and HTML_Template_Xipe, with the same result. I could build packages before, but I changed a lot since then (Apache, PHP version, etc). Info: - Debian linux 2.4.20 - PHP Version 4.3.4 (4.3.4-1moolfreet) (see http://nautadereede.nl/phpinfo.php) - zlib support 1.1.4 - latest PEAR from http://go-pear.org/ installed in /usr/share/pear Regards, Stijn
