how about just php/pear developement people, ie. people with a cvs account and then making categories.
I don't think this would solve the content-problem... It should be determined by content, not by access! What if I write brilliant stuff every day but don't have a cvs account, but on the other hand another pear-developer just writes about his dog/kid/whatever every day? Stephan
