Your list is incomplete as the following CVS directories exist but the corresponding packages have not yet been registered on the website: 
    - PHPUnit2_GtkUI
    - PHPUnit2_MockObjects
    - PHPUnit2_TestDox
    - PHPUnit2_WebUI
Yes, I've seen these but got a feeling these were parts of PHPUnit2 rather than separate packages.
