I'm very much for implementing the additional application form questions as
suggested in the lanceromance request thread. Anyone with a legitimate reason
will still get through. And few others.
Of course, we do have to be careful not to raise the bar so high that people
with legitimate reasons have undue difficulties. For example, any boxes that
need to be unchecked should be OK checked if someone gives a legitimate
reason (e.g., package submission with description, etc.).
