Well, sit down and do it, if it annoys you so much. It might be faster to adjust your mailfilter application to sort out all request mails automatically, if you are not interested in that kind of information. If you think we can technically prevent bogus requests, you are wrong, see PHP internals and CVS account requests. It is annoying to me, though, to have 3 mails per bogus request stating the request bogus (D'OH!) and demanding a solution. That is really unneccessary noise.
