I can't remove the 0.2.0 notes as these are the major changes. I did a mistake with the 0.2.0 (in fact I didn't because I asked the Klaus before the commit, but let's say it was my mistake) Lukas suggested a fix (which was needed for the docs/examples/ folder location) and I released again. I am fine to play with the rules, and I have been extremely cordial to everyone but don't blame me if there are several solutions to the same problem. I used the <state>beta</state> tag, it is the same on http://cvs.php.net/co.php/pear/Perm_LiveUser/package.xml?r=1.98 quote" <state>beta</state>" now if mine is wrong, someone should also change the other packages.
