You do realize that the <notes> for each release automatically wind up in
the changelog on the web site?

So, if you include prior changes in the <notes> section, the changelog
will contain duplcate information. Why, go take a look at the URI above
and see what I mean. 1.0.1 and 0.2.0 contain the same exact info.
Also, I just noticed that the new version without putting the beta state
in the version number.
