I would like to release the first version of ScrollingLabel but I am having some trouble. According to the manual I am supposed to use the web interface but that tells me insufficient privlages. According to the dev list (http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=pear-dev&m=108606863716575&w=2) I am supposed to email the group with information about the package but I don't know what to send. Advice/help is appreciated.
