I already have a PEAR web account (scottmattocks). I also have the needed PHP CVS account (scottmattocks). I have everything I need to release my package (http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=84) which was voted on and approved except the permissions to release the actual package.
