Sorry I don't have the time for a full reply but still, I think you are not being realistic with your shocking comments. Lots of things changed in PEAR and pointing to some examples of packages which are not in their best shape doesn't help PEAR. I am sure you can make a difference so you are free to start helping in a concrete way. I don't think I need (note I don't say we) revolutionary ideas to make PEAR better but just more time, code and docs. If you aren't willing to provide some of the above there is little to discuss for me. Cheers David Costa
