Sure, just create a sub-directory on the 'pear' CVS module (not
'php4/pear') under 'pear/PECL'. You can see the current extensions being
hosted there on the follwing URL as to the get a feeling for the
structure:
http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/pear/PECL
Anyway, that should be it.
