Not to be nit picky, but that's what he said as well :)
"move onto other lies" is the thing you overlooked
There is a big difference in saying that something is part of the php
distribution and that something is available
This will just add to the negative position might take against php: look
I will have to run around and put together all the components that all
those other languages have out of the box.
