This should have been an offlist reply. You publicly berate the poor guy because his English isn't up to par? This was in very poor taste. Anybody who had a foreign TA in college would easily understand Bertrand - it's broken and a little difficult to understand, but it IS understandable and, with a little effort, decipherable.
Everyone take a deep breath now.
1.) Who is writing up the Services_Shipping proposal?
2.) Has anyone set up a WiKi?
3.) Are there free WiKi's we could use until we get this set?
4.) Everyone who is interested in participating in Services_Shipping please contact me offlist with the following: a.) contact info, b.) driver you want to work on, c.) any docs you have and d.) links to code that you may already have laying around.
I'll compile a website with what we have and we can then go from there. Or I'll send an email or put it up on a WiKi.
