pear run-tests ... patch

Hello Greg, PEAR-dev, Today, I found myself writing some .phpt files, and wanted to fake the include path in which the tests run (I have a "real" PEAR install, but have set up a sandbox one that I'd like to test). It seems that it wasn't easy to uniformly pass a "fake" include path to pear run-tests ... I did a little research, and came up with what I believe to be an acceptable solution to this problem. Could someone with the necessary karma please apply this patch, if there is no problem? http://sean.caedmon.net/patches/pear-runtests.patch In order for this to work, you'll need an updated run-tests.php, for which I also patched, and Ilia graciously committed my patch (http://cvs.php.net/co.php/php-src/run-tests.php?r=1.199) If there is a problem, I'm open to discussion.
