The only problem is that pear run-tests uses PEAR/RunTest.php, would you be willing to dive in there and re-make your patch? It will be almost identical except that all of the patching needs to be done in RunTest.phphttp://sean.caedmon.net/patches/pear-RunTest_php.patch I haven't tested this, because, as I said, the instance I have set up uses the PHP test suite. (this trumps the Package.php patch, BTW) S
