One of them is before you. =)
Dial-up costs about 0.5$ per hour here despite the fact there is dual DWDM ring
with 80Gbit capacity in my country. All we can afford is 200Mbit national-wide
internet channel, because developed countries and backbone operators are not
interested in making equal peering agreements because they loose their
commercial benefits. Can't stand this.
