You silently ignore:
- PEAR already have a HTTP_Header package
- PEAR tries to skib redundancies
- PEAR allows BC breaks between major version
So the only problem I still see is why in the world don't you even
think about using it, replace it.
Or one package per HTTP Header is the way to go? (...)
