This is probably a bad idea. HTTP caching is totally different from all the things that the Cache package does. If this does fit in an existing package, it should be HTTP_Header. You're right, that's what I realized just after.
Then why not HTTP/Header/ETag.php as HTTP/Header/Cache.php HTTP_Header's setHeader method enables to check ETag too. thru the $key parameter. OK, then the Cache there only know Last-Modified.
