Of course it is specific, but not more or less than Services_Ebay for example.
Services_Shipping could depend on it.
i am willing to modify it the way it is needed to get it to work with sucha package then.
but i wanna support more functionalities of UPS then needed for a shipping package.
finally i wanna support everything UPS offers.
Services_USPS is still in the draft list of the proposals, but that would be another one
that could be used of Services_Shipping then.
