True, and you do have a good point. Services_Shipping *can* use
Services_UPS in its backend. It will just have to take a third class
to work as the UPS driver for Services_Shipping that passes calls to
Services_UPS. Unless, of course, you work closely with the
Services_Shipping leads to make sure that your API will work directly
with their package.
