As old and apparently inactive as this proposal is, I'm assuming it's
dead. I'm not even sure it could be accepted into PEAR now without a PHP5
rewrite.
If you indeed have a driver-based shipping package with UPS and DHL
drivers implemented, I think it would indeed find a warm reception in PEAR.
