If you are talking about what has been referred to as the 'core', which is what
I thought PEAR was in the first place, then yes. If they're too lazy to match a
well-defined, consistent style, it probably says something about their code,
too.
If you're talking about a CPAN-like collection of anything and everything,
well, who cares? It's already a mess.
Sorry, but if this keeps coming up every 3-6 months, that _alone_ is going to
make PEAR worthless just for being bogged down in trivia. We said "we're making
this decision and sticking to it" over a year ago. Again maybe 6 months ago.
What makes you think anyone will stick with it this time?
