Yes. There will most likely be someone else to do the same
job following the standards. I don't see why PEAR needs
everyone? Just like, not everyone needs PEAR.
The people who seem to constantly bitch about standards they
don't like, would allready have converted their code to follow
PEAR standards a couple of times, if they just had used their
time not bitching about the standards.
