Didn't look at the code but it seems that checking in the checkbox
beside "Planning to write a PEAR Package" produces the error message
described above and that some how doesn't make sense to me ;-)
If I would be planning on writing a package and thus proposing it then
I'd check in that box for sure.
Alan didn't you add that option ?
I can't see why you made that into a invalid option.
