Or something in that direction, rather then just plain failing on
people, so any comments or rants ? :P
But why bother?
This is what PEPR was made for. To have people sit there and suggest their package and see if it gts acceped.
And yes, this may give us some bullshit accounts, but to that I say "Who cares". Setp a routing that regulary cleans up the database. Once a month check the database, and delete anyone with just pear.pepr karma, no package, and no pepr proposal. Since draft pepr-proposals are cleaned up too, this will leave us with a clean DB, and o problems anymore from people who "want to write a pear package".
