Alan, it would be nicer then to tell that to people if they pick the
"I'm going to write a PEAR package" option.
Then in the error message they get "Before heading further you must
start a discussion on pear-dev@lists.php.net and then you get the feel
for it the package is well liked and then you can request a account"
Or something in that direction, rather then just plain failing on
people, so any comments or rants ? :P
