[PEPr] Comment on Images::Thumbnail

Comment: You should make this package compatible with php4 if you only use visibility features of PHP5. And what's the point using a regular expression to get the file extension ? you should use the php function pathinfo() instead. You should also check the gd version before using gif/png related functions.
