I agree with Peter here. An extra package to resize images, oops, create
thumbnails is pointless.
Exif thumbnails are a good thing, but is often not good enough to be used.
However, when "browsing" an image directory, they can be used. Is it hard
to implement? 3 lines of php.
I do not see the point of the caching system. But it is not the job of
such libraries to do it. It should nothing else than storing the resized
images to a given path.
