Greg Beaver (http://pear.php.net/user/cellog) has commented on the proposal for
RFC::RFC::PackageAccess.
Comment:
unfortunately, all versions of PhpDocumentor will fail with a fatal error
if @access is not in public/private/protected. This would require an
upgrade to phpDocumentor, which I plan to do once PEAR 1.4.0 is out there
and working properly
