Not at all, as I can see...
Ajax pages exchanges data bewteen client ad server without reloading
the interface, thus using the XmlHttpRequest object. WSDL
autogeneration uses introspection to define a server side interface
(as the word says, the WSDL), the client is responsible for requests
formulation and managing...
Nowadays the best knows example of ajax implementations are some
google advanced services like google suggest
(http://www.google.com/webhp?complete=1&hl=en), google beta mail, etc.
