[PEPr] Changes in proposal for HTML::HTML_FlashEmbed

Xavier Baldacci (http://pear.php.net/user/balda) has edited the proposal for HTML::HTML_FlashEmbed. Change comment: I have renamed again these package because it extends now the HTML_Tag class. The path of the hierarchical classes is more logical. The structure of the code was modified to make the class more adaptable. The render can be done in two ways : - like Macromedia default render with <embed> tag (not a html valid form). - in a valid html form (without <embed> tag).
