We are currently collaborating with the PHP Group to come up with a web based interface to manage CVS karma. Right now we (basically it's only me at the moment) are planning a slightly different concept (DB-backed web interface with REST-like synchronization to the CVS box), but feel free to propose your code anyway. ;-) - Martin
