HTML_BBCodeParser orphan - New maintainer needed

Hi all! The package HTML_BBCodeParser has been rotten around for a while and it turns out that it is a) an orphan and b) somewhat really crappy. Therefore I'd propose to completly deprecate that and make a new version 2.0 with clean Code. I'm now searching for someone to do so, because I'm even much to overloaded by now to care for my own packages. so, volunteers ahead! :) I can imagine 2 solutions by now: a) Getting the PAT BBCodeParser [1] into PEAR, which I really like much. Sadly the maintainer has no time left to do it on his own, but he likes the idea of having it in PEAR, so someone needs to pearify that. b) Extracting the code Bertrand G. made from Text_Wiki (where it definitly does not belong) and create HTML_BBCodeParser2 from that. Text_Wiki can then have an optional dependency to support BBCode further on. Anybody likes to take the job?
