There has been some debate recently on the PEAR-DEV list about the best
license to use, with the PHP license in particular ... it's up to you, of
course, but I believe the BSD license offers the most flexibility. You may
want to search the PEAR-DEV archives for the recent discussion on this
topic.
Regarding naming conventions, please see:

Specifically, I'm referring to the notes on avoiding abbreviations, and
studlyCaps on method names.
For docblock headers, please see the sample file:

Looks like a good package, though -- I haven't run examples yet but will
soon.
