Yes you are, or a mafia/X-File fan :) Sometimes, I believe it has good consequences.
As we planned to get some more Alerter by Net_Monitor, I was reluctant to introduce any dependency outside pear. Now, as the proposition is started, I hope we can integrate it in the over next release. As I just got lead there, I will fix a next release, so we get some right basis. (as announced, and without some *no*, keeping on cutting out end php tag "?>") Me better this will come in inner pear.
