This "good story" is available in the list archives, if you are so interested. HTML_OOHForm is available in PEAR CVS, so you can also check the insane amount of work done on it by the developer in question. Short summary: Pierre is notorious for taking up maintainership of packages written by other people, not actually working on them and not allowing other developers to work on them. I'd also bet that Greg will finally become lead maintainer of PEAR_Frontend_Web, but will spend quite a bit of energy on getting this status. :]
