Okay, the plan is to select a core set of packages from /pear to be
included in PHP releases. How this will be done practically I don't
know yet, but I guess it would be either by syncing the right files into
/php4/pear, or including package tarballs and installing them with the
PEAR installer after PHP itself is installed.
Anyway, now that the packages are moved, I guess it's time to start a
public beta test of the web site.
