I don't think the definitive answer for PEAR coding standards is archive.org ;) The link I sent is the currently accepted standard.
Are there examples of other docblock tags? A few are mentioned...

...but no examples are provided - just descriptions of the classes that do the parsing. The Quick Start thing for phpDoc provides examples of a small subset of the tags, but not nearly all of them...
