Comment:
I'm also for exchanging Debian in the name, since you can (in
theory/practice) also use apt-compatible repositories for other distris.
And maybe even "Linux" should be avoided in the name?
System_Apt sounds possibly fine. I've been thinking about Net_Apt or
File_Apt as well - but that always limits it to networking or local
repositories. How about Services_Apt? It's not a classical "webservice" -
but isn't a repository some kind of "service" offered?
