[PEPr] Comment on Tools and Utilities::Linux_Debian_Apt

Comment: Configurable apt sources in such a Debian driver would allow: - Support for Debian based distros like Ubuntu (their apt is otherwise compatible enough I think) - Additional repositories like medibuntu or backports - You to keep your distro at a specific version - Support for national mirrors Evidently, I think changing the package name would be a good idea. I personally feel something for System_PackageManager ;) I haven't been able to checkout the actual code because the package cannot be found on your server.
