I believe we have a race condition: How do we make decisions, resolve issues and move forward, when we clearly have trouble making decisions, resolving issues and moving forward?I am having trouble keeping track of all this discussion. There are so many people saying so many things (some the same, some different) that it hurts my brain. Anyway, I am of the mind that we need to organize before we make any major changes as opposed to some who seem to be in the major changes are needed before we can organize camp. I tried to write down my idea of an organizational structure here: http://oss.backendmedia.com/PEARThinkTank/index.php?area=PEARThinkTank&page=Scott_Mattocks_Ideas My basic idea is to create three leadership groups: QA, Core, and PR. QA focuses on the quality of the code. Core focuses on mentoring and providing a single direction, and PR focuses on the public face of PEAR. Thanks, Scott
