How is that different from what we have now? You still end up with 40 people loosely organized and not focusing on a single direction or quality. You also don't have any accountability or process for renwal. Scott I disagree - with one person leading a clearly defined job role - ie look after category; then accountability is easily identified and matched to the user. Obviously some people can be in charge of more than one category as there are a lot.
