Ok so everyone knows, with the new developers maps, there will also be a webservice as I mentionned before, I mentionned an xml format of what it's gonna look like, but we have now changed it, it's gonna be compliant to : Geo, Dublin Core and FOAF vocabulary (http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/) Here's an example:" <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <rdf:RDF xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
        xmlns:rdfs="http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#"
        xmlns:geo="http://www.w3.org/2003/01/geo/wgs84_pos#"
        xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/"
        xmlns="http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/">
<Person> <name>david</name> <homepage dc:title="davidc"
		          rdf:resource="blog"/>
<based_near geo:lat="45.4980527307"
		            geo:long="-73.5538530350" />
</Person> <Person> <name>John Doe</name> <homepage dc:title="john"
		          rdf:resource="johndoe.com"/>
<based_near geo:lat="49.4038246579"
		            geo:long="2.0544433594" />
</Person> </rdf:RDF> " So get your readers ready to parse that :-) Ok so if anyone has time to put it on pearweb please let me know, I will start making it a part of the package.xml, etc now in order to make sure it's installable, unless you have a quicker way of doing it Greg (if I send you the files and you do it) Let me know :-) On 12/3/06, Cipriano Groenendal <php@cipri.net> wrote:
Great update! After labouring over code for most of the afternoon I manged to move my package Mail_mime from #130/169 to place #169/169. I guess it's really time to fix that Bug #30 that's been open/in feedback for over 3 years now...
Hehe, I guess for some cases, it can make your ranking go down when fixing bugs, but I'm glad to hear our bug count is declining. It's been hovering around 500 for as long as I can remember. Yeah, it does work! After just a single day, we went from 169 to 166 packages with open bugs :) Now that may be just 3 bugs closed, and a coincident, but I know I've only got 1/6 original bugs left! And I'm about 30 minutes away from closing that last one(FINALLY!!) Ofcourse I'll still have my new package.xml t worry about, and the whole splitting off mail_mimeDecode, but hey, progress is progress!
