They are considered if they are assigned to the developer. They are not considered in the open bugs age/count as technically all developers could be assigned to meta-package bugs. We can fix this for the pearweb package by transferring all Web Site bugs to the pearweb package (old + existing) and making all web site package new bugs go to the pearweb package. If you all would like, we could consider feature request implementations in the bug fixing stats, what do you think? Greg
