I've filled a bug report (http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=9643)
because the "assigned to" field is restricted to 16 characters, and my
handle contains 19 characters : the result is that I'm appearing to
have fixed 0 bugs whereas I have closed more bugs than that.
Who is responsible for the bug system, that can have a look at this
problem ?
