I edited that info a little based on what I had to do to get it working, but I'm good now. As info for anyone searching the archives for this kind of info, you have to use a middleman box outside your firewall to tunnel through your firewall to, and then the pserver traffic goes from the middleman to the pear box. I'm taking a performance hit compared to a direct me-to-pear path, but it beats having no path at all. ChuckfirewallI believe my ability to access CVS via pserver is going away due toNo, the only way to access the server is via pserver authentication, and there are no plans to change this. Hi, I seem to remember Dan Convissor describing a way to tunnel through ssh to the CVS server a few years back, I would email him to ask for details to see if it might solve your issue. Gregwork in progress. Are there any plans to set up SSH access?
