The proposals in the RFC might in fact be perfect, but if it is "delivered and defended" by PEAR Group, instead of "arrived at together" with the community as part of the creation process, then of course we of PEAR Group should expect some level of honest and genuine concern from PEAR folk. -- Paul M.
